• Designing the strategic business plan and financial model of a gold mine located in the Arabian-Nubian Shield
• Advising a North Sea operator on regulatory guidelines for building the integrated geoscience model of a Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) project

Minerals and Metals Mining
At SandV.earth, our mission is to transfer strategic planning, asset evaluation and net-zero project management skills gained in the Oil & Gas to generate value for our clients in other sectors.
We started offering services in the Metals & Minerals Mining sector in 2024 with great success. We conducted asset evaluation reviews based on mineral resources documents and studies available from third-party, integrating information that was otherwise fragmented. Our work resulted in a new exploration strategy and a revised business plan and economic model aimed at scaling up production.
Our strength lies in the understanding of mining technicalities, from geological exploration to processing plant, translating constraints into operation costs, and opportunities into positive financial metrics.
